Brighter Futures (BF) is an early intervention program which aims to support mums, pregnant mums, dads and children from birth to 8 years of age by identifying and building on their family’s strengths. This program is administered by the Consortium of Neighbourhood Centres – Far North Coast , and in the Tweed Shire, is placed at the Pottsville Beach Neighbourhood Centre (PBNC).
BF Family Development Workers support families by: linking them with other services they may need; helping them to access quality children’s services; helping with transport; running parenting programs; and making home visits.
